About the role
Provide end‑to‑end HR Business Partnering to the Pakistan Retail Organization, working closely with Retail Leadership and Store Management on all key people matters.
Key responsibilities
- Partner with Retail Leadership to translate business priorities into effective people solutions, including talent management, workforce planning and performance management.
- Act as trusted advisor on employee relations, organisational effectiveness, succession planning and DE&I initiatives.
- Support recruitment, onboarding, compensation and benefits processes for Retail talent.
- Monitor workforce metrics, prepare budgets and forecasts, and ensure data integrity in Workday and other HR systems.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in management sciences.
- 5–6 years of HR experience, preferably in Retail, Consumer or FMCG environments.
- Strong knowledge of Pakistani employment law and HR best practices.
- Proven stakeholder management and analytical skills.
