About the role
Connected Lines is seeking a proactive Female HR Executive to support our night‑shift operations in Lahore. This full‑time, on‑site position works from 7:00 p.m. to 4:00 a.m.
Key responsibilities
- Recruit, screen and interview candidates
- Manage job postings and candidate pipelines
- Handle employee onboarding and documentation
- Oversee attendance and leave management
- Maintain employee records and coordinate with management
- Support day‑to‑day HR operations and address employee queries
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration or related field
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
- Excellent organisational and coordination skills
- Basic knowledge of recruitment and HR operations
- Fresh graduates with relevant skills are welcome
