HR Executive – Full‑Cycle Recruitment Owner

About the role

We are looking for an HR Executive who takes full ownership of the recruitment process, from initial outreach to signed offer, and drives HR operations with zero hand‑off gaps.

Key responsibilities

• Drive end‑to‑end recruitment sourcing, screening, interviewing and closing candidates.
• Build and manage candidate pipelines with speed, precision and consistency.
• Maintain HR documentation, employee records and compliance without reminders.
• Coordinate onboarding experiences that immerse new hires in the company culture from day one.
• Lead employee engagement initiatives and proactively identify and fix HR inefficiencies.

Required profile

• Self‑starter who finishes what they start and shows strong grit.
• Natural recruiter with sharp instincts for talent and people.
• Strong communicator able to command conversations with candidates and stakeholders.
• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration or a related field; fresh graduates welcome.
