Job description

Missions

Manage full‑cycle recruitment for multiple business units.
Conduct interviews, assess candidates and ensure a smooth hiring process.
Coordinate night‑shift staffing and maintain shift rosters.
Develop and maintain talent pipelines using various sourcing channels.
Provide HR support and guidance to employees on policies and procedures.

Profil recherche

Fluent English communication, both written and spoken.
2‑5 years of experience in recruitment or HR operations.
Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work night shifts.
Proficiency with ATS and HRIS tools.
Detail‑oriented with excellent organizational abilities.
