HR Executive (Onsite, Lahore)

About the role

An onsite HR Executive position in Lahore, paid in PKR, handles day-to-day HR operations such as attendance, leave, payroll coordination, onboarding and employee records. Familiarity with medical billing or healthcare operations is listed as a must-have.

Key responsibilities

• Manage daily HR operations: attendance tracking, leave management, employee records and documentation.
• Coordinate payroll by ensuring accurate attendance, leave and employee data.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, HR procedures and labour laws.
• Handle onboarding and offboarding, including documentation, orientation and exit formalities.
• Act as first point of contact for employee queries and HR support.
• Maintain HR databases, personnel files and operational records.
• Work with department managers on roster planning, shift scheduling and workforce management.
• Develop, track and report team KPIs, assist in performance monitoring and prepare HR and operational reports.
• Support workforce planning, scheduling and resource allocation.
• Handle general admin duties such as office coordination and vendor or supply management.
• Identify ways to improve HR processes and operational efficiency.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or Management.
• At least 2 years of experience in HR operations and administration.
• Familiarity with medical billing or healthcare operations environments is a must-have.
• Experience in e-commerce, customer service or other service-based industries is an advantage.
• Strong organizational, communication, coordination and problem-solving skills.

Required skills

• Understanding of HR compliance, payroll coordination, attendance management and employee records.
• Hands-on experience with HRIS, attendance systems, ERP platforms or similar HR tools.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and HR reporting.
• Roster management and shift-based work exposure preferred.
