HR Executive – Recruitment & Onboarding

About the role

We are seeking a proactive and organized HR Executive to lead end‑to‑end recruitment and onboarding across Pakistan. The role supports day‑to‑day HR operations while ensuring compliance with company policies and labor regulations.

Key responsibilities

• Manage full recruitment cycle – job posting, sourcing, screening, interview coordination and selection.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to define staffing needs and job requirements.
• Prepare and issue offer letters, appointment letters and related documentation.
• Coordinate with third‑party vendors for outsourced recruitment and onboarding.
• Oversee employee onboarding to ensure a smooth joining experience.
• Support orientation and induction sessions for new hires.
• Maintain accurate employee data in Oracle Fusion and HRMS.
• Update personal files, records and candidate databases.
• Assist with daily HR administrative and operational tasks.
• Ensure compliance with internal policies and labor regulations.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field.
• 2–3 years of relevant HR experience, preferably in recruitment and onboarding.
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Basic understanding of core HR functions.

Required skills

• Proficiency in MS Office.
• Experience using Oracle Fusion.
• Familiarity with HRMS platforms.
