About the role

Join Tagline Solutions Pvt Ltd as an HR Intern and support our growing HR team in Lahore. You will gain hands‑on experience in recruitment, onboarding, and employee engagement within a dynamic digital marketing environment.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in recruitment processes, including posting jobs, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews.
• Maintain employee records and update internal HR databases.
• Support onboarding and orientation of new hires.
• Help organize employee engagement activities.
• Contribute to HR policy documentation and administrative tasks.
• Participate in day‑to‑day HR operations and projects.

Required profile

• Recently completed a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism.
• Proactive, detail‑oriented, and enthusiastic attitude.
