HR Learning & Development Trainee

About the role

The HR Learning & Development Trainee will support the design, delivery, and evaluation of training programs across the organization. This position offers hands‑on experience in coordinating logistics, tracking attendance, and analysing learning impact.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate end‑to‑end L&D activities, including training logistics, attendance tracking, session facilitation and post‑training follow‑ups.
• Facilitate onboarding and foundational learning sessions covering company values, employee engagement and L&D topics.
• Conduct research to improve training materials, learner engagement strategies and content.
• Maintain accurate training records, certifications, feedback and reporting documentation.
• Collect, analyse and report training feedback to identify trends and improve future initiatives.
• Prepare reports on training participation, effectiveness and learning impact.
• Support virtual and in‑person training operations, scheduling, logistics and stakeholder coordination.
• Assist in Training Needs Analysis by identifying skill gaps and recommending learning opportunities.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Psychology, Education or related field (minimum 3.0 GPA preferred).
• 6 months to 1 year of relevant experience through internships, academic projects or exposure to HR/L&D coordination.
• Strong verbal and written English communication skills.
• Excellent organizational, coordination and time‑management abilities.
• Detail‑oriented, proactive and professional handling of sensitive information.
