About the role
The HR Specialist will manage end‑to‑end recruitment activities, source candidates through various platforms, and support payroll and employee record‑keeping.
Key responsibilities
- Source, screen, and coordinate interviews using LinkedIn Recruiter, Rozee, Taraki and other channels.
- Coordinate with clients to understand hiring needs and present suitable candidate profiles.
- Conduct background verification checks, including employment and educational verification.
- Assist with payroll‑related tasks and maintain accurate employee/client records.
- Prepare recruitment reports, candidate updates and other HR documentation.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration or a related field.
- 1–2 years of relevant HR/recruitment experience.
- Strong communication, interpersonal and organizational skills.
- Ability to manage multiple clients and tasks simultaneously.
Required skills
- Hands‑on experience with LinkedIn Recruiter.
- Hands‑on experience with Rozee.
- Hands‑on experience with Taraki.
