Human Resources Assistant

About the role

Think Higher Consultants, a global migration and education consultancy founded in 2014, is hiring a full-time, on-site Human Resources Assistant in Islamabad. The role supports daily HR operations, including employee records, HRIS data, onboarding and offboarding, benefits administration, training coordination and routine employee inquiries.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain employee records and update HRIS data
• Coordinate onboarding and offboarding processes
• Assist with benefits administration
• Organize training sessions, track attendance and maintain training documentation
• Respond to routine employee inquiries and prepare HR reports
• Support recruitment activities such as scheduling interviews
• Ensure HR policies and procedures are followed and collaborate with HR management and other teams

Required profile

• Foundational HR knowledge of policies, procedures and best practices
• HR management skills covering recruitment, onboarding, performance processes and employee record management
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail and confidentiality awareness
• Effective written and verbal communication and teamwork
• Relevant diploma or bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field preferred
• Prior HR or administrative support experience is an advantage
