Human Resources Coordinator – Night Shift

About the role

ViralAd, a tech agency in Karachi, is looking for an HR Coordinator to manage day‑to‑day human resources operations on a full‑time night‑shift basis. The role supports recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, and HR administration for a fast‑growing technology‑driven team.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the full recruitment cycle, including sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews, and coordinating with hiring managers.
• Handle onboarding and off‑boarding processes to ensure a smooth experience for every team member.
• Maintain accurate employee records, attendance, and HR documentation.
• Support day‑to‑day employee relations, queries, and engagement initiatives.
• Assist with performance management, probation reviews, and follow‑ups.
• Help develop and enforce HR policies and ensure consistent adherence across the team.
• Coordinate with management on staffing needs, team performance, and workplace matters.

Required profile

• Proven HR experience, preferably within the tech or IT industry.
• Strong written and verbal English communication skills.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and professionalism.
• Willingness to work a full‑time night shift aligned with company operating hours.
