Human Resources Executive – Multan

About the role

We are seeking a Human Resources Executive to join our team at Shangrilla Cuisine in Multan. This full‑time, on‑site position will lead daily HR operations, ensuring our policies and practices support a vibrant food‑and‑beverage environment.

Key responsibilities

• Implement and manage HR policies and procedures in line with company standards.
• Oversee recruitment processes, from job posting to onboarding.
• Maintain accurate employee records and HR documentation.
• Facilitate employee engagement initiatives and address workplace concerns.
• Ensure compliance with labour regulations and internal policies.
• Support continuous improvement of HR practices across the organization.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field.
• Strong understanding of HR management and operations.
• Proven experience handling employee relations and workplace issues.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities.
• Analytical mindset with attention to detail.
• Previous experience in the food‑and‑beverage or hospitality sector is an advantage.
