Human Resources Executive – Night Shift (Islamabad)

About the role

We are seeking a driven HR Executive to manage recruitment and day‑to‑day HR operations in our Islamabad office during night shift hours. The role requires strong communication, hands‑on recruitment experience, and the ability to support employees in a fast‑paced BPO environment.

Key responsibilities

• Manage end‑to‑end recruitment: sourcing, screening, interviewing, selection, and coordination.
• Build and maintain talent pipelines via LinkedIn, job portals, referrals and other channels.
• Conduct initial HR interviews and assess candidates against role requirements.
• Coordinate interview schedules, offers, and onboarding activities.
• Handle employee onboarding and off‑boarding, ensuring accurate documentation.
• Maintain employee records, attendance, leave and other HR documentation.
• Address day‑to‑day employee queries and provide timely HR support.
• Assist management with performance management, employee engagement, disciplinary matters and employee relations.
• Prepare HR trackers, reports and recruitment dashboards.
• Communicate and implement company policies, procedures and HR practices.

Required profile

• 2–3 years of relevant HR experience, preferably in recruitment, BPO, sales or a fast‑paced corporate setting.
• Strong English communication and interpersonal skills.
• Hands‑on experience with recruitment and candidate sourcing.
• Confident interviewing and candidate assessment abilities.
• Excellent organizational and time‑management capabilities.
• Professional, proactive and people‑oriented approach.
• Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively with management and teams.
• Willingness to work night shift (6:00 PM – 3:00 AM).
