Human Resources Executive – Recruitment Specialist

About the role

Talent Pluse Hub is looking for a results‑driven Human Resources Executive to lead end‑to‑end recruitment across the Pakistani market. You will be responsible for sourcing, assessing and hiring top talent to support the company’s rapid growth.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the full hiring cycle from job description creation to final placement.
• Source candidates through LinkedIn, Rozee.pk, social media groups and professional networks.
• Screen resumes, conduct phone interviews and coordinate face‑to‑face or virtual interview sessions.
• Collaborate with team leads and managers to understand hiring needs and role specifications.
• Prepare offer letters, handle candidate documentation and ensure a smooth onboarding experience.
• Maintain an active talent pipeline and update the recruitment database regularly.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field.
• 3–5 years of proven experience in recruitment and talent acquisition.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong knowledge of the Pakistani job market and local hiring trends.
• Effective negotiation skills for salary discussions.
