Human Resources Manager

About the role
We are seeking an organized and proactive Human Resources Manager to lead recruitment and employee management for our Sales, Graphic Design, and Video Editing teams. You will play a key role in building high‑performing teams and ensuring smooth HR operations.
Key responsibilities
- Manage end‑to‑end recruitment, including candidate screening, interviews and onboarding.
- Maintain employee documentation, attendance records and performance management systems.
- Oversee leave management and ensure compliance with company policies.
- Implement and continuously improve HR processes and procedures.
Required profile
- Minimum 2–3 years of HR experience, preferably in a marketing agency or software house.
- Strong organizational skills and a proactive attitude.
- Ability to build and nurture high‑performing teams.
Required skills
What we offer
- Competitive salary ranging from 50,000 to 90,000 PKR per month.
- Full‑time, on‑site position with working hours from 12 pm to 9 pm (including a 1‑hour break).
