Human Resources Manager

About the role

The Human Resources Manager will lead all HR functions for AUKUS Consultants’ visa‑consulting team in Islamabad. This full‑time, on‑site position is responsible for attracting talent, nurturing employee growth, and ensuring compliance with local labour regulations.

Key responsibilities

• Manage end‑to‑end recruitment, onboarding and talent acquisition processes.
• Coordinate performance reviews, employee development plans and training initiatives.
• Handle employee relations, resolve workplace conflicts and promote an inclusive culture.
• Maintain accurate HR records, oversee compensation and benefits administration.
• Ensure compliance with Pakistani labour laws and internal HR policies.
• Collaborate with senior leadership on workforce planning and organisational culture projects.
• Produce HR metrics and reports using HR software and MS Office tools.

Required profile

• Proven experience in recruitment, talent acquisition and onboarding.
• Strong background in employee relations, conflict resolution and performance management.
• Experience developing HR policies and ensuring labour‑law compliance.
• Ability to facilitate training, drive employee engagement and support culture initiatives.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for collaboration with staff and leadership.
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field; HR certifications are a plus.
