Human Resources Manager

About the role

The Human Resources Manager will lead all HR functions for Five Star Textile Industries in Faisalabad, ensuring smooth recruitment, onboarding, performance management and employee relations within a complex textile manufacturing environment.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee end‑to‑end HR operations, including recruitment, selection and onboarding.
• Manage performance appraisal processes and employee engagement initiatives.
• Develop, implement and maintain HR policies in line with labour law compliance.
• Advise managers on HR matters, resolve conflicts and support workforce planning.
• Coordinate training, development and talent‑management programmes.
• Maintain accurate HR records, HRIS data and reporting systems.
• Drive continuous improvement of HR processes to foster a safe, inclusive, high‑performance workplace.

Required profile

• Strong background in HR operations and employee relations, preferably in manufacturing or textile settings.
• Knowledge of HR policies, labour law compliance and workplace health & safety.
• Experience in training, coaching, talent management and succession planning.
• Excellent organizational, administrative and communication skills.
• Leadership ability to make decisions, solve problems and lead change initiatives.
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field; master’s degree or HR certifications (e.g., SHRM, CIPD) are a plus.
• Prior experience as an HR Manager or similar senior HR role.
