Human Resources Specialist

About the role

Frontline Health Professionals is seeking a driven and passionate Human Resources Specialist to support the delivery of high‑quality children’s services. Based in Islamabad, the role acts as a central bridge between talented professionals and organisations across England, sourcing, vetting and placing qualified staff such as social workers and support workers.

Key responsibilities

• Attract active and passive candidates through job boards, social media, professional networks and headhunting.
• Coordinate robust pre‑employment and safeguarding checks, including Enhanced DBS and professional registrations.
• Partner with local authorities and private providers to understand workforce needs and deliver recruitment solutions.
• Screen candidates, arrange interviews, manage feedback and support contract and salary discussions.
• Maintain accurate, confidential records and ensure every placement complies with UK regulatory standards.

Required profile

• Warm, patient and emotionally intelligent with a positive, driven attitude.
• Highly organised, able to manage competing priorities and follow matters through to completion.
• Excellent written communication and relationship‑building skills.
• Strong understanding of safeguarding, dignity and person‑centred care.
