Human Resources Trainee

About the role

Nayatel is looking for a Human Resources Trainee to support its HR team with onboarding and new-hire administration. The role suits fresh graduates and involves handling documents, records and feedback for new employees.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in preparing and dispatching offer letters, joining kits and onboarding documents.
• Maintain and update new hire records in the HR system.
• Schedule and support orientation sessions for new employees.
• Make sure joining formalities, document collection, form submissions and compliance checks are completed accurately and on time.
• Help design and circulate onboarding feedback forms and surveys, compile and summarise feedback data, and support the team in spotting patterns or concerns.
• Keep employee responses confidential and accurate.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field; fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with candidates and stakeholders.
• Attention to detail and ability to maintain data accuracy.

Required skills

• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
