ICT Program Director

About the role

We are seeking an ICT Program Director to lead multiple Cloud Software Services (CSS) projects in the BSS/OSS domain for Ericsson. The role is responsible for delivering contracts, managing scope, resources, timelines and quality while maintaining strong customer relationships at C‑level.

Key responsibilities

• Build and maintain C‑level customer relationships across IT, Engineering, Marketing and Finance.
• Define program organization, baseline plans, scope, resources and cost structures.
• Manage project finance, monitor budgets and identify add‑on sales opportunities.
• Lead cross‑functional teams, resolve conflicts and oversee vendor and subcontractor performance.
• Handle change requests, risk assessments and ensure compliance with Ericsson governance.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science or equivalent.
• Minimum 10 years of experience as a project or program manager in ICT, BSS/OSS transformation programs with budgets of at least $10 M.
• Proven experience delivering large‑scale systems integration and managing multiple vendors.
• PMI Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or equivalent.

Required skills

• BSS and OSS domain expertise.
• Implementation of Ericsson Charging, Billing, Mediation, Order Care and Catalogue Manager.
• Prime integration and systems integration experience.
• Project management methodologies and tools.
