IELTS Instructor (Full-Time)

About the role

We are seeking an experienced IELTS Instructor to join our team at our Bahria Town Phase 7 office. The role involves delivering comprehensive IELTS training across all four modules and helping students achieve their target band scores. Candidates should be passionate about English language teaching and ready to work full‑time in a dynamic learning environment.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver engaging lessons for Listening, Reading, Writing, and Speaking modules.
• Design and adapt lesson plans to meet diverse learner needs.
• Prepare mock tests and conduct performance reviews.
• Monitor and assess student progress, providing feedback and guidance.
• Maintain classroom resources and ensure a supportive learning environment.

Required profile

• Proven experience teaching IELTS, covering all four modules.
• Strong command of English with excellent communication abilities.
• Ability to create effective lesson plans and track student outcomes.
• Demonstrated ability to motivate learners and achieve measurable results.
• Prior experience in an educational consultancy or academy is preferred.
