Immigration Consultant and Sales (Female, Onsite)

About the role

A client of the recruiter is an immigration consultancy firm that supports people who want to move abroad. It is hiring an Immigration Consultant and Sales (female) to work onsite in Dha Phase 6, Karachi. The role is sales-focused and requires hands-on experience selling immigration services and meeting conversion targets.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct professional consultations with clients about immigration services.
• Assess eligibility based on education, work experience, language proficiency and other criteria.
• Advise clients on suitable immigration pathways and explain the process clearly.
• Convert inquiries into successful sales and achieve individual sales targets.
• Keep up to date with immigration laws, policies and requirements for different countries.
• Work with internal processing teams so cases are handled smoothly.
• Maintain and update CRM systems daily with client interactions, follow-ups and progress.
• Deliver accurate, professional client service.

Required profile

• Minimum 3-5 years of proven experience in immigration sales.
• Strong understanding of immigration processes, documentation and procedures.
• Excellent communication, persuasion and interpersonal skills.
• Client-oriented approach with a proven record of hitting sales targets.

Required skills

• Proficiency in CRM tools and MS Office.
