Immigration Sales Counselor

About the role

Journey Visa Consulting, a Karachi-based immigration and visa consultancy, is looking for an Immigration Sales Counselor to join its client-facing team. The role involves converting inbound and outbound leads into paid consultations, guiding prospects through immigration service options, and coordinating hand-offs to case officers.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and qualify incoming leads from digital channels, referrals and walk‑ins.
• Conduct discovery conversations to assess client eligibility, objectives and preferred immigration pathways.
• Present service packages, fee structures and next steps in a clear, professional manner.
• Schedule consultations, follow up with prospects and convert them into paying clients.
• Maintain detailed client records and prepare briefing notes for case officers.
• Hand off clients to consultants for application processing and track progress.
• Coordinate with internal consultants and legal partners to stay updated on immigration rule changes.
• Achieve individual sales targets and report sales metrics regularly.

Required profile

• Proven ability to convert leads into consultations and sales.
• At least 3 years of experience in sales or consultative roles, preferably in a service‑sales environment.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in English and Urdu.
• Experience using a CRM system for lead tracking and pipeline management.
• Excellent organizational skills for documentation, scheduling and briefing preparation.
• Comfortable working in a target‑driven environment and reporting metrics.
