Import Executive – Assistant to Import Manager

About the role

We are looking for a detail‑oriented professional to support our Import Manager and Director in daily operational and administrative tasks. The role involves coordinating import‑related activities, managing quotations, and ensuring smooth workflow across projects.

Key responsibilities

• Assist the Import Manager and Director with day‑to‑day operations.
• Prepare, review, and manage project quotations.
• Coordinate with suppliers, clients, and internal teams on quotations and project updates.
• Maintain accurate records of import documentation, quotations, and project files.
• Follow up on quotations, purchase orders, and project timelines.
• Handle administrative tasks, scheduling, and correspondence.
• Ensure all documentation is organized and updated promptly.
• Provide general support to improve operational efficiency.

Required profile

• Strong organizational and communication abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
• Attention to detail and problem‑solving skills.
• 2‑3 years of experience in a fire‑fighting company or similar import environment (preferred).

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook.
