About the role
This is a professional inbound communication position. You will handle incoming calls and queries from existing US customers, resolve issues, provide accurate information, and manage follow‑ups. Each interaction must be handled with clarity, patience, and professionalism.
Key responsibilities
- Answer inbound calls from US customers.
- Resolve customer issues and provide accurate information.
- Manage follow‑up actions as needed.
- Maintain clear, patient, and professional communication.
- Document interactions and outcomes.
Required profile
- Fluent spoken and written English.
- Patient, composed, and able to work under pressure.
- Prior inbound customer support or call‑center experience preferred; freshers with strong English are welcome.
- Full availability Monday‑Saturday, 6 PM – 2 AM, on‑site in Karachi.
