Inbound Customer Service and Outbound Sales Representative

About the role

TakeOrders helps restaurants and takeaways grow their online presence and make ordering easier for customers. It is looking for Inbound Customer Service and Outbound Sales Representatives for a full-time hybrid role, working partly from its Islamabad office and partly from home. The team supports partners' transition to and growth in online channels.

Key responsibilities

• Handle inbound inquiries from restaurant and takeaway partners, explain services clearly, resolve issues and ensure a positive customer experience.
• Make outbound calls to potential and existing partners, generate and qualify leads, present service offerings and follow up to close sales opportunities.
• Maintain accurate records of interactions and sales activities.
• Collaborate with colleagues to meet team targets and give feedback to improve processes and customer journeys.

Required profile

• Good English skills.
• Solid customer service experience and a customer-focused mindset.
• Previous experience in sales, customer service or the restaurant/food service sector is beneficial.
• A high school diploma or equivalent; additional education in business, marketing or a related field is a plus.

Required skills

• Strong inside sales and outbound sales skills, with experience calling prospects and turning leads into customers.
• Lead generation: identifying potential restaurant and takeaway partners and nurturing opportunities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport, handle objections and give clear, professional support.
• Comfortable working remotely, managing time independently and using CRM and communication tools.
