Inbound Retention Executive – Night Shift

About the role

Join PRIME BPO as an Inbound Retention Executive for the MedAlert campaign. You will work night shifts in an office environment, handling customer calls and helping retain clients by addressing their concerns and highlighting service benefits.

Key responsibilities

• Handle inbound customer calls for the MedAlert campaign.
• Assist customers with account, billing, and service inquiries.
• Identify potential cancellations and apply retention strategies.
• Build rapport through empathy, professionalism, and active listening.
• Address objections while emphasizing the value of MedAlert services.
• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly retention targets.
• Maintain accurate interaction records in the CRM system.
• Ensure compliance with campaign guidelines and data security standards.
• Collaborate with team leaders to improve performance and satisfaction.

Required profile

• Minimum 6 months experience in a BPO, customer service, retention, or call‑center role.
• Excellent verbal communication skills in English.
• Strong active‑listening and customer‑handling abilities.
• Regular students are not eligible.
