Inbound Sales Executive – Custom Patches

About the role

Threadx is seeking an Inbound Sales Executive to manage customer inquiries for custom patches. You will guide prospects from initial contact through order confirmation, ensuring they receive the right patch solution for their needs.

Key responsibilities

• Respond to inbound website inquiries via chat and email.
• Understand customer requirements for patch type, size, quantity, artwork, and pricing.
• Prepare accurate quotations and negotiate terms.
• Follow up with leads, convert inquiries into confirmed orders, and upsell appropriate options.
• Maintain professional communication throughout the sales cycle.
• Coordinate with internal teams once an order is confirmed.

Required profile

• Previous sales experience in custom patches, embroidery, labels, apparel, printing, or related promotional products.
• Strong closing and negotiation abilities.
• Excellent written communication and multitasking skills.
• Customer‑focused mindset with a target‑oriented approach.

Required skills

• Knowledge of embroidered, chenille, PVC, woven, leather, printed, and other patch types.
