Inbound Sales Representative – AT&T & Spectrum

About the role

We are looking for confident and energetic Inbound Sales Representatives to join our U.S. Telecom campaign. You will handle inbound calls from U.S. customers, match them with the best Internet and Cable plans, and close sales while delivering an excellent customer experience.

Key responsibilities

• Answer inbound calls from U.S. customers and identify their telecom service needs.
• Recommend suitable packages and close sales with professionalism and accuracy.
• Achieve and exceed weekly and monthly sales targets.
• Maintain call logs and follow up with leads using our CRM system.
• Collaborate with team members to continuously improve sales performance.

Required profile

• Minimum 1 year experience in inbound sales or a U.S. cable/internet campaign.
• Excellent English communication skills and a confident phone presence.
• Sales‑oriented mindset – self‑motivated and goal‑driven.
• Comfortable working permanent night shift (8:00 PM – 5:00 AM).

Required skills

• Basic familiarity with CRM tools or call‑center software.
