Inbound Sales Representative – Telecommunications (Night shift)

About the role

We are looking for a motivated Inbound Sales Representative to promote telecom products and services during night shift operations. The role involves generating sales opportunities, building customer relationships, and achieving monthly targets.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and generate new sales opportunities through inbound/outbound calls and leads.
• Promote and sell telecom products and services to potential customers.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships to ensure repeat business.
• Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets.
• Provide accurate information about products, pricing, and promotions.
• Maintain records of customer interactions and sales activities.

Required profile

• Proven experience in sales, preferably in telecom or call‑center environment.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work night shifts on a rotational schedule.
• Target‑driven mindset with strong interpersonal skills.
• Basic computer knowledge.
