Inbound Sales Representative – US Telecom Campaign

About the role

Simply Connect is seeking a motivated Inbound Sales Representative to join its US Telecom campaign. You will handle incoming calls from US customers, understand their needs, and convert inquiries into sales while delivering excellent service.

Key responsibilities

• Answer inbound calls from US customers and assess their requirements.
• Promote and sell US telecom products and services.
• Recommend suitable solutions based on customer needs.
• Achieve daily, monthly, and campaign sales targets.
• Build positive customer relationships and provide high‑quality service.
• Maintain accurate customer and sales information in the system.

Required profile

• Minimum 1 year of experience in inbound sales, call‑center sales, or international sales.
• Excellent English communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong convincing, negotiation, and closing abilities.
• Target‑oriented and self‑motivated personality.
• Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced sales environment.
• Previous experience with US telecom products is preferred.
