Inbound Sales Specialist – US Market (Night Shift)

About the role

We are looking for a motivated Inbound Sales Specialist to join our team in Karachi. You will handle inbound calls from United States customers, focusing on telecom and insurance products, and turn inquiries into successful sales during a night‑shift schedule.

Key responsibilities

• Answer inbound US customer calls professionally and engage them in product discussions.
• Identify customer needs and recommend suitable telecom or insurance solutions.
• Convert qualified leads into closed sales while meeting or exceeding targets.
• Maintain accurate records of interactions and follow company sales processes.
• Handle objections using proven closing techniques and ensure compliance with quality standards.
• Collaborate with teammates and supervisors to improve overall performance.

Required profile

• Proven experience in inbound sales and handling international calls, especially to the US.
• Strong verbal English communication skills.
• Persuasive, confident, target‑oriented and able to thrive in a fast‑paced environment.
• Willingness to work the 8:00 PM – 5:00 AM night shift.
