Inbound Telecom Sales Executive

About the role

We’re hiring confident and energetic Inbound Sales Specialists to join our U.S. Telecom campaign. You’ll handle inbound calls from interested customers, match them with the best Internet and Cable plans, and close sales while delivering a great customer experience.

Key responsibilities

• Answer inbound calls from U.S. customers and identify their telecom service needs.
• Recommend suitable Internet and Cable packages and close sales with professionalism and accuracy.
• Achieve and exceed weekly/monthly sales targets.
• Maintain call logs and follow up with leads using the CRM system.
• Collaborate with the team to continuously improve sales performance.

Required profile

• Minimum 1 year experience in inbound sales or a U.S. cable/internet campaign.
• Excellent English communication skills and a confident phone presence.
• Sales‑oriented mindset – self‑motivated and goal‑driven.
• Basic familiarity with CRM tools or call‑center software.
• Ability to work the permanent night shift (8:00 PM – 5:00 AM).
