Inbound Travel Sales Representative

About the role

This full‑time, on‑site position involves handling inbound calls from customers who want to book travel arrangements. The Inbound Travel Sales Representative will understand customer needs, recommend suitable options, and convert inquiries into confirmed sales while delivering a professional customer experience.

Key responsibilities

• Handle inbound calls from customers seeking travel bookings and provide accurate information on options and pricing.
• Understand customer travel requirements, address questions and objections, and guide them through the booking process.
• Maintain up‑to‑date customer and booking records using CRM, booking and call‑handling systems.
• Follow up on potential sales leads to convert inquiries into confirmed bookings while meeting individual and team sales targets.

Required profile

• Strong verbal communication and professional phone etiquette with good English (both spoken and written).
• Ability to understand customer needs, persuade, negotiate and close sales over the phone.
• Customer‑focused mindset with attention to detail when handling booking information.
• Comfortable working in a fast‑paced, target‑oriented environment and motivated by performance‑based incentives.
• Basic computer literacy and ability to use CRM and booking systems; previous travel industry experience is a plus but not mandatory.
