Inclusive Employment Program – Maqaam (1-Year Contract)

About the role

The Maqaam Inclusive Employment Program is a 12-month pathway to permanent employment for persons with disabilities at JazzWorld. This early-career position supports day-to-day operational and functional activities while progressing through a structured development journey.

Key responsibilities

• Own operational and administrative tasks end-to-end, ensuring quality and timely delivery.
• Maintain accurate records, trackers and reports, keeping data audit-ready.
• Conduct basic analysis to support team decisions and recommendations.
• Handle routine queries independently and escalate complex or high-risk matters when needed.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather inputs, unblock actions and keep deliverables on track.
• Identify recurring issues and propose practical fixes.
• Participate actively in onboarding, mentorship sessions and quarterly reviews to build skills for a permanent role.
• Support DEI initiatives and model inclusive working practices.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree from a recognised institution.
• 1-2 years of relevant professional experience after graduation.
• Basic understanding of workplace processes and ability to follow defined procedures.
• Strong communication skills, including spoken, written or alternative means (e.g., sign language, assistive technology).
• Working knowledge of standard productivity tools such as Microsoft Office.
• Strong organisational skills, attention to detail and a collaborative, adaptable mindset.
• Willingness to learn, accept feedback and adapt to changing priorities.
