Independent Sales Agent (Remote)

About the role

Berfa Group Turkey is seeking a full‑time Independent Sales Agent to represent its furniture, mattress and sleep product portfolio in designated markets. Working remotely, you will drive B2B sales by identifying new opportunities and nurturing existing client relationships.

Key responsibilities

• Prospect and generate leads among retailers, distributors, project contractors, hotels and hospitality clients.
• Present product ranges, prepare offers and negotiate terms.
• Coordinate orders with internal sales and logistics teams.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activity, providing feedback on customer needs.
• Support marketing initiatives to increase brand visibility.
• Report sales performance regularly and maintain professional communication with international clients.

Required profile

• Strong B2B sales and negotiation experience in furniture, mattresses or related interior sectors.
• Proven ability to build and manage client relationships, including prospecting and account management.
• Experience working remotely with CRM or sales‑tracking systems and digital communication tools.
• Fluent English; additional languages such as Turkish or Spanish are a plus.
• Understanding of international trade processes, pricing structures and basic contract management.
• Self‑motivated, target‑oriented with excellent organization and time‑management skills.
• Previous experience as an independent agent, distributor or representative in international markets.
• Willingness to travel to clients or trade fairs when required and valid permit to work as an independent contractor.
