About the role

Darz Ceramics is seeking an Indoor Showroom Sales Executive to join its tiles and sanitary ware showroom team in Lahore. The role focuses on delivering exceptional customer service to walk‑in visitors, understanding their needs, and recommending suitable products while driving sales performance.

Key responsibilities

• Greet and engage walk‑in customers, providing courteous and professional assistance.
• Assess customer requirements and recommend appropriate tiles, sanitary ware, and related building materials.
• Demonstrate in‑depth product knowledge, explaining features, benefits, and applications.
• Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets through direct sales, upselling, and lead generation.
• Negotiate pricing, terms, and conditions while adhering to company policies.
• Maintain showroom appearance, product displays, and inventory availability.
• Record accurate sales data, customer information, and feedback for reporting.
• Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly.
• Stay updated on industry trends, new product launches, and competitor activities.
• Support marketing initiatives by participating in showroom promotions and events.
• Manage and mentor a team of two showroom associates, providing training and performance feedback.

Required profile

• 3 to 5 years of hands‑on showroom sales experience in tiles, sanitary ware, or building materials.
• Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Experience in leading and developing a small sales team.
• Customer‑focused mindset with a proactive approach to lead generation.
