Industrial Engineer

About the role

Reve Stitching, a leading garment manufacturer in Faisalabad, is seeking an Industrial Engineer to analyse and optimise production processes on the stitching and finishing floors. You will work on‑site, collaborating with cross‑functional teams to drive efficiency, quality and cost‑effectiveness.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct time‑and‑motion studies, line balancing and capacity planning.
• Design and improve workflow layouts to support current operations and upcoming expansion.
• Develop and implement standard operating procedures, performance metrics and continuous‑improvement initiatives.
• Collaborate with production, quality, maintenance and planning teams to optimise resource utilisation.
• Use data‑driven methods and industrial‑engineering tools for process optimisation.

Required profile

• Strong foundation in Industrial or Manufacturing Engineering with hands‑on experience in garment/apparel production.
• Excellent analytical abilities for productivity measurement and data‑based decision making.
• Effective communication skills for training floor staff and presenting improvement plans.
• Proven expertise in lean manufacturing, waste reduction and workflow standardisation.
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant engineering discipline.
• Ability to work on‑site in a fast‑paced environment with high attention to detail.

Required skills

• Proficiency in MS Excel.
• Experience with basic ERP systems and production‑planning software.
• Familiarity with industrial‑engineering software tools.
• Knowledge of quality‑management principles and ISO 9001 standards.
• Lean manufacturing techniques.
