In‑Home Brand Manager – Ice Cream Portfolio

About the role

You will drive growth and transformation of Wall’s In‑Home ice‑cream portfolio, leading bricks, buckets and tubs while shaping future multipacks and premium formats. This high‑impact role balances affordability with aspiration to make Wall’s the dessert of choice for every Pakistani household.

Key responsibilities

• Build deep consumer and market insight on household ice‑cream consumption and family occasions.
• Analyse competitive strategies to sharpen Wall’s positioning.
• Own the 6Ps of marketing to increase penetration, market share and category growth.
• Lead portfolio renovation and future roadmap including multipacks and indulgent variants.
• Manage cross‑functional innovation projects from R&D to launch.
• Develop and execute compelling TV, digital and outdoor campaigns, including performance marketing for key occasions.
• Partner with Finance, CD and Supply Chain to deliver GM‑accretive growth and pricing strategies.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 2–4 years of experience in marketing or brand building.
• Proven track record in delivering innovation and managing cross‑functional teams.
• Agency management experience (creative, media, PR, digital).
• Food & refreshments experience is a plus.

Required skills

• Strong analytical rigor combined with creative brand storytelling.
• End‑to‑end marketing management from innovation planning to campaign execution.
• Ability to inspire and align cross‑functional stakeholders around a clear portfolio vision.
