Inside Sales Representative

About the role

IMC Certifications offers professional certification and training programmes and is hiring an Inside Sales Representative for its Karachi team. The role is full-time and on-site, working Monday to Saturday from 9:00 am to 6:00 pm. The representative engages prospective customers, understands their professional development needs, recommends suitable certification programmes and helps achieve sales targets.

Key responsibilities

• Contact prospective customers by phone, WhatsApp and other approved channels.
• Qualify leads and understand customers' professional goals and training needs.
• Recommend relevant certification programmes and explain course details, benefits, enrolment procedures and payment plans.
• Follow up consistently to turn qualified leads into enrolments.
• Maintain accurate lead records and update customer interactions in the CRM system.
• Build positive relationships with prospective and existing customers.
• Achieve monthly sales targets and coordinate with internal teams for a smooth enrolment experience.

Required profile

• 6 months to 1 year of experience in sales, telesales, inside sales or customer service.
• Bachelor's degree preferred; relevant experience and skills are also welcome.
• Customer-focused attitude and willingness to learn.

Required skills

• Strong verbal and written communication.
• Negotiation, persuasion and follow-up skills.
• Ability to work in a target-driven environment.
• Basic computer skills; familiarity with CRM tools is an advantage.
