Inside Solutions Architect II – Networking

About the role

The Inside Solutions Architect II (Networking) is a presales technical resource who leads consultative discovery of client business goals, technical requirements, and operational challenges. The role translates these insights into secure, scalable, and business‑aligned networking solutions, driving revenue growth, profitability, and customer success.

Key responsibilities

• Lead technical discovery sessions to capture customer objectives, current‑state environments, and solution requirements.
• Design and recommend networking architectures covering enterprise routing and switching, wireless, SD‑WAN, network security, cloud networking, and data‑center connectivity.
• Partner with sales teams to develop account strategies, advance opportunities, and create validated proposals.
• Present and articulate solution designs to both technical and executive audiences.
• Act as a trusted advisor to customers, account executives, and internal stakeholders throughout the sales cycle.
