Integration Engineer (Plugin Development for CAD/CAE)

About the role
We are seeking an Integration Engineer to build lightweight plugin bridges for Windows‑based engineering applications such as CAD and CAE tools. The role focuses on implementation rather than product design, with reference examples and clear specifications already provided.
Key responsibilities
- Develop plugins that load inside host desktop applications.
- Establish local communication channels (WebSocket, HTTP, gRPC, named pipes, etc.).
- Receive structured JSON messages and execute arbitrary code within the host environment.
- Return execution results (stdout, stderr, or structured data) back over the connection.
Required profile
- 3–5 years of professional software development experience.
- Strong proficiency in Python, C#/.NET, or C/C++.
- Deep technical competency in IPC frameworks and bridge stability.
- Experience with desktop application plugin/extension systems or IDE architectures.
- Background in orchestrating autonomous agents via external harnesses or APIs.
- Proven ability to debug runtime and environment issues on Windows.
