Interior Architect

About the role

SS HOMES is seeking a full‑time Interior Architect to join its design team in Sargodha District. The role focuses on creating functional and aesthetically pleasing interior environments for both residential and commercial projects, from concept through detailed documentation.

Key responsibilities

• Develop interior concepts and design layouts that meet client needs, budgets and lifestyle preferences.
• Produce detailed drawings and specifications using design and drafting software.
• Perform space planning and select appropriate materials, finishes and fit‑out details.
• Ensure designs comply with architectural standards, local building codes and construction practices.
• Collaborate with project managers, architects, contractors and suppliers to maintain design intent throughout execution.
• Present proposals to clients, incorporate feedback and revise plans accordingly.
• Attend site visits, monitor progress and resolve design‑related issues on‑site.

Required profile

• Degree in Interior Architecture, Architecture, Interior Design or a related field.
• Proven experience in interior architecture or interior design projects, preferably in residential and commercial sectors.
• Strong understanding of structural integration, material selection, detailing and coordination with contractors.
• Excellent communication, collaboration and time‑management abilities.
• Knowledge of local building codes, standards and construction practices.
• Willingness to work on‑site in Sargodha District and attend regular coordination meetings.
