Interior Designer – Execution & Procurement (Full‑time)

About the role

This full‑time, on‑site position in Rawalpindi supports the interior design team by turning design concepts into detailed material and product specifications. The role focuses on sourcing, negotiating and purchasing furniture, fixtures and equipment (FF&E) while ensuring quality, budget and schedule compliance.

Key responsibilities

• Review construction drawings and specifications to extract material and finish requirements.
• Visit project sites to verify measurements, finishes and resolve execution issues.
• Source, evaluate and negotiate with vendors for FF&E items.
• Prepare purchase orders, track deliveries and maintain procurement records.
• Monitor inventory for ongoing projects and coordinate with contractors during installation.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Interior Design, Architecture or a related field (preferred).
• Proven experience in interior design execution, space planning and FF&E procurement.
• Strong understanding of architecture and construction drawings.
• Excellent communication, organization and time‑management abilities.
