Interior Designer – Execution & Purchasing

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Interior Designer to lead the execution of design projects while managing the procurement of furniture, materials, and accessories. The role involves close collaboration with clients, architects, contractors, and vendors to turn design concepts into finished spaces.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with clients to capture design requirements and preferences.
• Create detailed design plans, floor layouts, and material specifications.
• Oversee project execution from concept through completion, ensuring timelines and budgets are met.
• Coordinate with architects, contractors, and suppliers to implement design plans.
• Source, negotiate, and purchase furniture, finishes, and accessories.
• Conduct site visits to monitor progress and resolve issues.
• Ensure compliance with safety, health, and regulatory standards.
• Maintain knowledge of industry trends, new materials, and competitive developments.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field.
• 6‑10 years of professional experience in interior design execution.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating successful project delivery.
• Proven client management and negotiation abilities.
• Excellent organizational, problem‑solving, and communication skills.
