Interior Designer

About the role

Robust Group is looking for a creative, proactive and result-oriented Interior Designer with 3-5 years of professional experience who can lead design projects, manage a team and deliver from concept to completion. The ideal candidate takes ownership of projects, performs well under pressure and meets challenging deadlines.

Key responsibilities

• Develop interior design concepts for residential and commercial projects, including space plans, layouts, mood boards, material selections and design presentations.
• Produce and review 2D drawings, 3D visualizations, working drawings and execution details, keeping designs within budget and quality standards.
• Own projects end to end, coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, vendors and site teams, visit sites and resolve design issues.
• Manage and mentor the interior design team, allocate tasks, foster collaboration and monitor performance.
• Prepare material specifications, BOQs and cost estimates, evaluate vendors and update management on progress.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Interior Design, Architecture or a related field.
• 3-5 years of experience, preferably in real estate development, construction or architectural firms.
• Demonstrated ability to lead and manage a design team.
• Strong leadership, communication, decision-making and problem-solving skills; able to multitask and work under pressure.

Required skills

• Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3ds Max, V-Ray, Lumion or similar design and visualization software.
• Knowledge of materials, finishes, furniture, lighting and interior construction techniques.
• Understanding of site execution, project coordination and budgeting.
