Internal Auditor – Factory Operations

About the role

This position offers hands‑on exposure to end‑to‑end factory operations in a large‑scale frozen food and poultry processing facility. The Internal Auditor will work closely with production, finance, and compliance teams to strengthen controls, improve processes, and ensure transparency across all operational areas.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct financial audits covering procurement, production costing, and sales reconciliation.
• Perform operational audits across the full production cycle, from receiving to dispatch.
• Ensure SOP compliance, identify process gaps and implement corrective actions.
• Monitor ERP data integrity, inventory reconciliation, and reporting accuracy.
• Verify inventory levels, yields, utilities usage, and equipment calibration.
• Prepare detailed audit reports and support external audits and inspections.

Required profile

• ICMA, ACCA or CA qualification (part‑qualified or qualified).
• 1–4 years of experience in audit or finance.
• Exposure to FMCG or food industry preferred.
• Strong knowledge of ERP systems and advanced Excel skills.
• Understanding of cost accounting and production processes.
• Experience in poultry or food manufacturing is an advantage.
