International Business Developer (International CSR)

About the role

Best Clinic Abroad, an international SEO and digital‑marketing agency, is looking for a motivated International Business Developer (International CSR) to join its on‑site team in Islamabad. You will be the front‑line representative for international clients, presenting SEO services, generating sales, and building lasting relationships while receiving training on digital‑marketing concepts.

Key responsibilities

• Engage with international prospects via calls, emails and online meetings to understand their business objectives.
• Present SEO and digital‑marketing packages, pricing and benefits, and convert leads into confirmed sales.
• Achieve or exceed monthly sales targets and earn commissions and performance bonuses.
• Maintain detailed records of leads and client interactions in the CRM system.
• Follow up with inquiries to nurture long‑term client relationships.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of experience in sales, business development or international client relations.
• Strong verbal and written English communication skills.
• Target‑driven mindset with proven negotiation abilities.
• Willingness to learn SEO and digital‑marketing concepts.
• Professional attitude and presentation skills.

Required skills

• Familiarity with CRM systems for accurate record‑keeping.
• Proficiency with online meeting platforms and basic computer tools.

What we offer

• Basic salary of PKR 80,000 per month plus sales commission and performance bonuses.
