International Business Development Executive (E‑Commerce Growth)

About the role

IT Cybx, an e‑commerce growth studio focused on beauty and lifestyle brands, is seeking a driven Business Development Executive to own its outbound sales function. You will work directly with the Founder, targeting international markets—especially Saudi Arabia and the UK—to generate qualified meetings and convert prospects into paying clients.

Key responsibilities

• Research and build targeted prospect lists of founder‑led beauty, lifestyle and e‑commerce brands.
• Conduct personalized outbound outreach via LinkedIn, WhatsApp and email, prioritising quality over volume.
• Qualify prospects, book them into the paid Growth Audit and guide them through the sales funnel toward Growth Sprint and Retainer contracts.
• Maintain an accurate sales pipeline, record all activities and produce daily, weekly and monthly performance reports.
• Collaborate closely with the Founder, who handles Saudi cold calls in Arabic, to refine outreach strategies.

Required profile

• Resilient, commercially minded and comfortable handling rejection.
• Proven experience in outbound business development or sales, preferably in e‑commerce.
• Strong research skills and ability to craft tailored messaging for decision‑makers.
• Self‑starter who can build a pipeline from scratch and meet measurable targets.
