International CDN Manager

About the role

PTCL is seeking an International CDN Manager to drive the growth of its global Content Delivery Network business. The role bridges international content providers with PTCL’s extensive infrastructure, including submarine cable systems, carrier‑neutral facilities, Internet exchanges, and data centers.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and acquire new CDN, hyperscaler, OTT, gaming, and carrier partners for content hosting, caching, peering, and data services.
• Develop and execute commercial strategies to localise international content within PTCL’s network.
• Build and maintain a sustainable sales pipeline and expand the international customer base.
• Lead negotiations, coordinate service onboarding, ensure customer satisfaction, and drive renewals and account growth.
• Collaborate with Network, IP Engineering, Data Center, and Product teams to design customised CDN solutions and prepare RFI/RFQ/RFP responses, technical proposals, and business cases.
• Deliver revenue targets by creating pricing models for CDN hosting, cache deployment, colocation, IP transit, and cross‑connect services while monitoring profitability and preparing forecasts.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Telecommunications Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Information Technology or a related field.
• Proven experience in international business development, digital infrastructure sales, or technical solution management.
• Strong understanding of submarine cable infrastructure, carrier‑neutral Internet exchanges, and data centre ecosystems.
• Ability to translate customer requirements into commercially viable offerings.
